AT (AnywhereTransit) — Cookie Policy (web + white-label widget)

Effective: 18 August 2026 · Version: 1.0

Courtesy translation. This English text is provided for convenience only; in all legal matters the Hungarian original is authoritative.

This policy applies to the web interfaces (anywheretransit.com, the

public stop pages, and the white-label booking widget embedded in

partner sites). The **native mobile application does not use browser

cookies** — there, the Privacy Policy and the app

stores' privacy forms apply.

1. What is a cookie?

A small text file stored by your browser so that the website/widget can

"remember" certain settings or your session.

2. What cookies and similar technologies we use

Type Purpose Legal basis Can it be disabled?
Strictly necessary (session identifier for the booking flow, security protection) Essential for the widget/booking to work Legitimate interest — no consent required No (the service does not work without it)
Barion Pixel (on pages containing payment) Security of the payment flow, fraud prevention Legitimate interest, under Barion's own policy As per Barion's policy
Language preference (local storage) Remembering the selected language Legitimate interest By clearing the browser storage

The website and the widget use no analytics or marketing cookies.

Should any be introduced in the future, it will happen exclusively with

a cookie banner requesting prior consent, and this policy will be

updated at the same time.

3. How to delete cookies

In your browser settings you can delete already placed cookies at any

time and block new ones — however, blocking the strictly necessary

cookies may render the booking widget inoperable.
