AT (AnywhereTransit) Rider App — Accessibility Statement
Effective: 18 August 2026 · Version: 1.0
Courtesy translation. This English text is provided for convenience only; in all legal matters the Hungarian original is authoritative.
1. Our commitment
The goal of AT (AnywhereTransit) is for the Rider App to conform to the
WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines. Accessibility is built into the product from
the design phase — not retrofitted:
- Contrast ratios per the WCAG AA thresholds, in both light and dark
mode.
- At least 48 dp touch target on every interactive element.
- Screen reader support (Flutter
Semantics), with spoken labels on
icon-only elements.
- Colour-independent status indication — the status of a service (on
time / delayed / cancelled) is never marked by colour alone; it is
always accompanied by text or an icon.
- The full interface is available in 6 languages (Hungarian, English,
German, Spanish, Italian, Greek).
2. Current status
This statement records the built-in technical measures and the design
intent. Known limitations:
- No formal, third-party accessibility audit has taken place yet.
- No comprehensive real-user testing with screen readers
(VoiceOver/TalkBack) has taken place yet.
We tie closing the above gaps to the market launch of the service; until
then, every reported accessibility defect is handled as a high-priority
bug.
3. Alternative access
If any part of the service is not accessible to you, please let us know
at info@anywheretransit.com — we strive to provide an alternative
solution, and we prioritise the reported barrier in our development
queue.
4. Complaints
If you do not receive a substantive answer to your accessibility report,
you may turn to the territorially competent county government office in
Hungary.
5. Review of this statement
We review this statement annually and after every major interface
change.
